Setup notes, common questions, and direct support for the Apple Watch app.
Open TapScore on your Apple Watch and tap either side of the screen to add a point for that player or team.
Use the actions menu to change each side to a short 1 to 3 character label so the scoreboard stays readable.
When a match ends, open the actions menu and choose Reset Scores. TapScore confirms before clearing both sides.
The app stores the latest scores and initials on device, so they are still there the next time you open TapScore.
Email support@azzanet.co.uk with your Apple Watch model, watchOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Make sure TapScore is the active foreground app and tap clearly on the left or right half of the display. If the watch is lagging, close and reopen the app.
Open the actions menu, choose Edit Initials, and enter a short label for each side. Initials are normalized and limited to three characters for readability.
Reset Scores clears both counters back to zero after confirmation. This is intended for starting a new game or round.
TapScore uses Apple Watch haptic feedback to make scoring feel immediate and to confirm resets.
You can reset scores inside the app at any time. Removing the app from your Apple Watch also removes TapScore data stored locally on that device.
Contact support@azzanet.co.uk and include enough detail to reproduce the issue if possible.
