• Misrepresent TapScore as an official scoring authority for events that require verified results

App Store terms

If you download TapScore through Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store and device terms.

TapScore and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TapScore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss resulting from inaccurate manually entered scores, interrupted availability, or use of the app in situations where official verification is required.

TapScore may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be updated, and any revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
